The manager’s right hand man with full responsibility for the store, staff and stock. Regularly trusted to manage the store for substantial periods of time in absence of higher management, involving managing health and safety precautions, GDPR law implementation, cash management, overall organisation and delegation, holding staff meetings and briefs, issuing team targets, staff training and time/task management.

Producing striking visual content including photos, videos, website design, graphic design, logo design and promotional materials for advert placements in magazines, on websites and on social media pages. Also composing slogans, catch lines, promotional statements and endorsements to accompany the visual content produced for these marketing purposes, and controlling web/social media content and updates.

The Fish Shop was a 5* restaurant housing world renowned chefs such as the late Jeremy Strode. My duties included storage management and organisation, ensuring the smooth running of multiple bars, training and supervising staff, stock orders and stock checks, transaction process streamlining, producing health and safety procedures, creating cocktails and amending drinks menus. I was awarded with nominations for excellence and gained recognition throughout the entire company.

Outhouse Entertainment was set up in my hometown by two of my good friends. Outhouse Ent. signed two artists and catapulted them to critical acclaim with radio and chart success within the space of three years. I worked with the two co-founders on various projects from photo and video shoots, video direction and edits, to web design, graphic design, promotional material design, press releases and social platform updates. I became the company’s visual and design consultant and helped with marketing plans in order to grasp the public’s attention through the above methods.My duties included: studio set up and configuration, studio maintenance, experience with multiple music production softwares and recording equipment, session musician/production assistant, promotional material design, graphic and album cover design, font design, stock and musician photography, photo retouching, music video planning, shooting, directing and editing, web design and maintenance, social media management and assistance on management decisions.
