• Completed the bank’s formal credit training program, a 12-week classroom-based training course consisting of intermediate/advanced accounting and MS Excel classes as well as BSA/AML compliance.• Analyze financial statements, budgets, projections, cash flows, and industry/economic trends to assess companies’ (with annual revenues up to $1 billion) credit risks to the bank for commercial real estate and commercial and industrial deals with up to $200 million in portfolio exposure.• Compile and write in-depth formal reports to summarize the financial performance, background, banking relationship, industry factors, and debt servicing capabilities of a business and its principals.• Review client credit information packages (i.e. appraisals, background information, budgets, projections) and perform due diligence to ensure that all information received is in compliance with the bank’s policies, laws, and regulations.
