The Sioux City Skateboard Association was formed to raise the bar for skateboarding in the midwest. We provide skatepark construction, consulting and project management services. From skatepark planning and construction to final ribbon cutting, we can assist citizens and government employees how to navigate the obstacles of skatepark construction. Our efforts grow skills and provide places to skateboard in the Midwest.• 1997 : Sioux City Skateboard Park Fundraiser, downtown Sioux City.• Worked with the city of Sioux City's design and planning committee to design Cook Street Skatepark• Promoted and organized 17 annual Cook Street Skateboard Contests• Developed multiple promotional platforms for regional and national sponsors• Responsible for over 200,000 sq ft of skatepark construction projects• 2019 Acting General Contractor for the construction of the Le Mars, IA Skateboard Park. Worked with City officials to assist in the design and construction of a 1500 sq. ft. Concrete Park.• Dew Tour Skateboard Contest 22' - Action Sports photography and column writer for regional Iowa news outlets.

Develop creative design to support Marketing Services initiatives including Brand Strategy, Customer Brands partnerships and Corporate Initiatives. Supports the Marketing Services Manager in ensuring brand integrity and print quality are achieved through efficient work flow processes of photography, design, pre-press, printing and delivery of all projects. Must ensure that creative elements maintain our quality standards, align with brand(s) strategy and meet our business needs. Other responsibilities include: • Creates design for marketing services; including but not limited to sales material, point of sale material and product packaging in accordance with brand standards• Assist in the coordination of photo shoots which includes, but not no limited to, photo shoot dates, product delivery, modeling and location needs. Attends photo shoots, as needed, providing art direction to photographers and stylist. Utilizes graphics software to enhance/re-touch photos.• Executes creative design work (on time, on budget).• Supports Sr. Director of Marketing Operations and Marketing Services Manager• Work with any outside vendors and/or agencies to achieve efficient and effective results.
