As part of the AWS Global Services Security – DevSecOps team, he is building the next generation of DevSecOps products for customers. His favorite part of the job is working one-on-one with senior executives to launch elite Platform Engineering capabilities using AWS. Before joining AWS, David served as principal technologist at multiple agencies in the United States Intelligence Community (IC). In addition to creating and leading the FBI’s Platform Engineering organization, he ran mission-critical applications teams for another IC agency. There, he established the agency’s first SRE team, which served more than 200 applications.
