I've always been insatiably curious about people's stories. Especially the stories of those who don't normally get a voice. In my career, I've had the opportunity to use creative & compassionate research to explore those stories, and utilize my skills in administration, advocacy, and people management to effect change at many levels. I'm a cultural / social psychologist with background exploring the impact of nationality, ethnicity, and social class on social behaviors, and have worked as a crisis manager, mentor, people manager to over 150 employees, and advocate for POC, LGBTQ+, and low income students. I am a dad to twin sons & live in NYC.I'm currently a Senior UX Researcher at Meta, passionate about uncovering insights into complex and ambiguous product questions, and in actively collaborating with my teams to provide strategic & tactical impact to ensure we make the very best decisions that we can.
