Functioned as team leader for implementing AirCore J2EE airline passenger reservation system to first customers.• Provided networking support between customer system and Amadeus GDS travel distribution system for EDIFACT and Type B teletype reservation and ticketing messages, achieving customer production milestone.• Consulted to Hahn Air (HR) on the migration of their customers to the AirCore system from the LSY legacy system, supporting UNIX production servers, onsite and remotely.• Served as customer service liaison to Lufthansa Systems (LSY) on the implementation of the communication interfaces to the FACE project (EDIFACT, Type B, SITA Airfares, SITA CCA, and ARINC), coordinating problem mitigation between the project stakeholders.
