Following an around-the-world journey meeting with game-changing CEOs and investors in 25 countries, David was recruited by the Corporate Executive Board (CEB, now Gartner) to help open their San Francisco location and lead part of their IT Practice.David observed a pattern among those leaders who consistently deliver breakthrough outcomes. He became interested to study those high-impact leaders and their ecosystem. As a result, the HiPER movement was created. In 2009, David founded HiPER Solutions in San Francisco, California to identify and unlock the potential of HiPER Leaders to positively impact the world. As the Chairman, David leads the strategy and growth to maximize the company’s impact.
