I have a proven track record of executing strategic plans, driving operational excellence, and enhancing customer satisfaction across multiple geographies and segments.As the former CEO of Cutera, Inc., a global leader in aesthetic laser and energy-based technologies, I led the company through a successful turnaround, achieving double-digit revenue growth, profitability improvement, and innovation acceleration. Prior to that, as President and CEO of Vyaire Medical, a leading respiratory care company, I oversaw the carve-out and stood-up the business with a new and stronger performance culture focused on performance. Previous to Vyaire, I built and led the successful sale of Tornier, Inc. a market leading orthopedic extremity business. Over my career, I have gained extensive expertise in supply chain, quality, regulatory, research and development as well as commercial operatins. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to create value for shareholders while servicing patients, providers and employees in the medical devices industry.
