I facilitated a migration of client trade order management systems from Fidessa to SS&C MarketTrader, working to ensure Day 1 with the new system was as painless as possible. Day to day, I strived to ensure smooth client transactions regarding equity/options trade settlement, worked to resolve trade breaks and proactively prevent those breaks. I also executed and routed client trade orders to appropriate venues. I also maintained a high-availability network based on Hyper-V technologies and provided technical support for the firm's employees. I also assisted in maintaining the integrity of an internal MySQL database utilized for back-end trade processing and reporting. I held FINRA Series 7, 63, and 57 licenses and also backed up the trade desk doing actual client trades.

Also supported Blackberry Enterprise Server issues and Alltel's implementation of Seven Systems mobile messaging (OfficeSync). Single-handedly identified an issue with Alltel customers roaming on Sprint's data network and relayed the information and fix to higher level network support for resolution.
