My role here is to make us grow fast by leading an outstanding marketing team, implementing a content-led approach and creating a predictable demand generation engine using a range of digital channels all integrated with the HubSpot platform.

As Marketing Director, I looked after all global activity, both D2C and B2B, for this multimillion-pound international education business. My focus was on demand generation through a range of marketing channels to ensure we achieved group revenue targets. As a member of the leadership team, I worked with key stakeholders and partners, including Manchester City FC and leading universities, to deliver brand and product marketing strategies, and built a high-performing team across marketing, design and development. For two years I worked on a freelance basis helping companies from a range of different industries with digital strategy, CRM implementation projects and demand generation.

I looked after all the digital and marketing activity for the international education division of this specialist travel company with a combined turnover of over £20 million. Loved life in the Fat Face Ecommerce Team. I got to work with great people on awesome projects and had a brilliant laugh at the same time. I managed Trading, Online Marketing, Web Operations and Reporting looking after a team of 13 amazing people. I looked after all digital marketing, ecommerce and web projects for the Student Travel portfolio operating across the UK, North America, Australia and Europe. Key Achievements● Increased total conversions on key trading site www.realgap.co.uk by over 50%.● Created and managed launch of Ultimate Year Out Facebook app (www.facebook.com/ultimateyearout) generating over 100,000 fans and delivering over 100k revenue.● Project managed launch of new customer account sites as well as new international sites for Real Gap USA, Australia, Germany and France.
