We're at our most successful when we utilize our skills and talents to their full potential. Although life has a way of leading you down a different path out of perceived necessity, the time has come to redirect back to my correct path and utilize my knowledge, skills and experience to their fullest. I know I'm at my best when I am developing solutions and creating the needed steps to get there.About 10 years ago, my career path led me to Trinity Transportation. Trinity has multiple divisions - school bus, motor coach, taxi, and shuttle. Having worked in all of our divisions, I helped service the widest variety of clients, and learned extensively about business operations and multiple marketplaces. As business grew I began assisting management by creating operations and marketing materials, feasibility reports and organizational diagnosis to provide solutions for continued strategic growth. This led me into dispatching roles, becoming the manager of two school bus terminals, transitioning into the position of Regional Operations Manager, overseeing all of our school bus operations, and finally in my current role as Chief Operating Officer of the company.
