I am an experienced Chartered Legal Executive, with over 15 years' experience working in personal injury litigation. I spent the first seven years of my career representing Claimants at a large regional firm, dealing with occupiers’ liability, highways, product liability, road traffic accidents, landlord & tenant, and employers’ liability matters. For the past six years I have represented Defendants, including a number of local authorities & large commercial organisations, in a range of injury areas. More recently I have added data breach to my practice, again, for local authority & commercial organisations, particularly where there are specialist liability considerations. In addition, I have had the opportunity to work on a number of abuse, Police & stress at work matters. I enjoy working closely with clients to achieve the best outcome possible, and making the litigation process as easy & painless for them, as it can be.
