Managing Partner - Seasons 52Responsible for starting up and P&L management of a new La Jolla location that included establishing financial plans and talent strategy; hiring/training/development selected talent; implementing operating protocols; and community outreach. Additionally, serves as a CA Regional Mentor, national Brand Ambassador, and Operations and Development Partner for Darden’s Center of Excellence. Manage a team of 150+ hourly staff. Full P&L accountability for company’s Ruth Chris Steak House franchise and the Havana Club in Baltimore, MD, generating $8 million annually with 100 employees. Managed all day-to-day operations. Reported to VP, BSM.

Purchased a failing mixed-use hospitality property (bar, restaurant, and concert hall) with the intent of creating a multi-city template. Business sold in 2010.

Full P&L accountability for this $3 million, 40+ staff mixed-used, hospitality business composed of an upscale martini bar, a tapas restaurant, and an entertainment venue. Managed all aspects from daily staffing to planning and implementing all marketing campaigns/special events. Reported to Owner.

Responsible for daily operations and multi-unit coordination, generating $5+ million in annual revenues. Worked closely with management to reduce costs across all three properties. Managed 100 employees and coordinated street teams of 8-15 for local marketing campaigns. Handled cash up to $100,000 nightly. Reported to Regional Director, Operations.
