I am a Real Estate professional with wide horizontal knowledge of occupier-focused commercial and residential real estate in EMEA. I am part of our UK Team of Advisors and Transaction Managers, advising global Clients. I govern and manage office and warehouse lease acquisitions, disposals, lease extensions, terminations and property surplus activity for our Clients with global presence, working closely with their CRES Directors and RE teams.

As part of an industrial property developer, our team offers fast, flexible and reliable services from the first call to the handover of the building - and beyond. I offer a full range of services related to the development and leasing or selling of industrial facilities, including land search and preparation, planning and permitting, construction, as well as long-term asset management.Under the role as a business development manager, my key roles are being a salesperson, a project manager and an asset manager for our projects currently ranging from 1 600 to 60 000 sq m. Retailers: 100+, including XMS Apple Store, Intersport, Bata, Subway, MKB Bank.

Being the member of the sales team, providing professional advisory services for a mixture of landlords and tenants in the office market, but also occasionally being involved in the industrial market. Both the landlord and the tenant side, I manage the sales process from start to end, being a one-point contact to clients, thus ensuring that no information is lost and the deals closed in the most effective way.

Heading the sales team, my job includes meeting the company's sales targets in the serviced office division by pro-active sales activitiy both in Budapest and Debrecen Headquarters, as well as tenant relationship managememt and acquisition of potential clients.
