I was one of the 1st overall hires by the Founder of Biorez as a Consultant in Jan 2018 after the close of the sale of Rotation Medical to Smith & Nephew in Dec 2017. I was a Biorez consultant until May of 2021 when I became the Vice President of Sales for Biorez until acquisition by ConMed in August 2022 for $250 million. Accountable for building, training, and leading a national (hybrid) sales team to deliver disruptive technology through key US markets. I orchestrate sales growth through the conceptualization of new strategies, tools and partnerships, as well as boost performance from existing endeavors through collaboration with National Account, District Sales, and Channel Managers. At Trice, I drove the market adoption of a disruptive medical technology of visualization and imaging. Having introduced the Trice Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) program as source of developing clinical studies, I teamed up with field sales and internal stakeholders to nurture relationships with individual KOL’s as means of identifying Sports Medicine Society Boards, podium speakers, thought leaders, and early adopters. I attended international symposiums, industry conferences, and workshops in support of U.S. and EMEA distributors, as well. • Supported sales training while building international distribution network. • Formulated Sales Training, Medical Education, Society Meeting, and Public Relations strategies. • Recruited by company president to duplicate role at Rotation Medical (see next).

Medical Device Start-up which was acquired by Smith & Nephew in Dec 2017. I was hired to introduce to the Orthopedic Industry a new disruptive biologic technology in tendon and ligament repair as Market Development Director as well as to lead the Clinical Specialist Team, I trained and deployed them to cover the entire U.S. I augmented sales and service support initiatives through origination of education programs that included clinical, product, and surgeon technical information, as well as sales training. I also collaborated with surgeons on articles for peer-reviewed publications, surgical technique videos, special events, workshops, cadaver and model labs, hospital press releases, and marketing literature. • Board outreach program forged major orthopedic society strategic relationships, including AANA, ASES, AAOS, and AOSSM. • Facilitated surgeon-sales introductions resulted in $9.7M, 46% of total company sales. • Successful launch of new, disruptive technology led to acquisition by Smith & Nephew for $210M in 2017. • Introduced and Recruited to join Rotation by Surgeon Advisory Board Member/respected sports medicine surgeon.

As Professional Education Director, I spearheaded the $6.5M Professional Education programs and led a 12-person team that trained surgeons worldwide in support of the field sales organization. • We increased by 40% the number of surgeons trained annually. • I graduated an invitation-only 16-week J&J Talent Acceleration Program (TAP) designed for future JNJ Leaders. • Voting Member, Mitek Ed Grant Committee that allocates $1M in annual fellowship Grant requests • And was given responsibility of U.S. Market Development Team with added $1.7M budget and additional five field and corporate based employees, November 2012.

In my first in house sales role with the company, I targeted opinion leaders and board members of professional associations and major orthopedic societies for strategic relationships to gain their support of DePuy Mitek sales and marketing initiatives. • Established company’s successful Surgeon Observation Program and its webcasts that became prominent growth drivers for Mitek • Promoted from Manager, Clinical Education, with added responsibility of managing Sales Training, 2010.

As an Area Manager, I supervised six Sales Distributors, four Direct Sales Representatives, and 36 Agent Sales Representatives across seven states. I hired and oversaw an additional 15 Specialty Sales Representatives in 2007 to sell the Orthovisc and FMS products. • We grew 2006 sales 16.3% sales to $17.3M versus 11.7% plan, second highest volume of 17 divisions. • Finished first of five regions with 169% growth in Orthovisc Sales; first with total number of FMS Pumps placed, 2007. • And were ranked first in 2008 Sales Performance out of 11 areas with sales over $27M in the first six months.
