• Developed and launched a Credit Union Merchant Acquiring Program that allowed Everlink’s Credit Union clients to offer POS Merchant Services to their client members.
• Successfully migrated Visa / PLUS ATM Acquiring links from a 3rd party processor to Everlink and upgraded the VisaNet connection to full SMS processing.
• Replaced aging FICO Falcon solution with ACI's PRM (Proactive Risk Management) solution and introduced a new collaborative service with Central 1 for near-real-time debit card transaction scoring and case management.
