With a background in software engineering, he leverages technology to streamline management and enhance customer experiences, setting Smartlock apart as an industry pioneer.Residing in Garland, Texas with his wife and daughter, they attend Life Fellowship Church in McKinney.Holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University, he has held various roles in technology and oil and gas industries. His experience at AT&T as Senior Product Development Manager involved collaborating with clients across sectors and delivering network management capabilities. In 2017, Mr. Hoover joined CH4 Energy Six as a Software Engineer, developing novel oil and gas lead-generation software. He later continued the software development through his own company, American Basin Research.
