Experienced in all asset life cycle phases of managing assets at engineering and senior management levels, including people management, organisational change and business improvement. Previously worked at Sydney Water as an engineer in all life cycle phases of asset management (planning, design, construction and operations & maintenance) and in senior management roles as head of asset management strategy, asset standards and performance review, and as Program Director for a major technology project.Specialties: Asset Management strategies for infrastructure; implementation of business improvement projects; organisational change to optimise asset performance, customer satisfaction and more meaningful roles for employees; technology strategy and implementation - determination of user requirements, business justification and project management (eg monitoring and control -SCADA- technologies); corporate strategy and policy studies; performance reviews. Water industry based but can work in other utilities such as electricity and gas, or in mining.
