Creative liaison between the Web Design team and UI/UX team. Work closely with the UI/UX team to help develop and understand site enhancements and site functionality.• Used this knowledge to direct the web design when implementing new templates and best practices.• Created wireframes for both web design and UI/UX teams to implement from.• Created and coded all mobile home pages, gateways, special projects and redesigned checkout process for the website. • Responsible for updating the look of the website shell to enhance the shopper’s experience and conversion.• Presented A, B, C, D test creative on the website through Adobe's Test & Target program to optimize conversion.• Concepted new looks and designs in order to attract new vendors to the website including COACH and Ralph Lauren.

Directed a creative staff of over 20 including both eCommerce and print designers and writers. Directed and approved all creative for both teams, as well as final color on all print advertising.• Integral part of bringing both eCommerce and Advertising departments together in order to share a strong creative voice. • Worked with the eCommerce UI/UX team to ensure website creative was designed to function properly and was customerfocused/friendly.

Was an original member of a creative team that launched the seven eCommerce selling websites for the Bon-Ton Stores. The team grew quickly and I ultimately directed a staff of 15 designers and writers in creating and coding all emails, home pages and all other website creative.• Created website eCom Style Guide and designed website and email creative as needed.• Oversaw and directed photo shoots for both fashion and product on and off site.• Directed video shoots and edits, working closely with the staff videographer.• Hired and worked closely with an agency in Canada that was brought in to work images/create render sets for the website.

Managed an art direction team of four art directors while also producing my own projects. Oversaw all home and furniture direct mail and newspaper insert projects through all phases of production from early conception, design, photography and through final color submits.

Oversaw and directed tabletop and big ticket/furniture large scale photo shoots with an agency in Chicago for approximately 4 months a year.

Art directed both home and fashion pre-prints for approximately two years. Ultimately specialized in home and furniture projects. I worked with every aspect of the production of my projects from early conception, design, photography and final color submits.

Worked print production on the Sears account. Worked directly with the Senior Art Directors on concept layouts and final drafts. Was promoted to the Ambrosi Agency side and worked on multiple projects from conception through final production. Was promoted again to the pre-planning team to concept the monthly Sears national ad campaigns.
