Worked with our customs compliance department to make sure the documents were in good order to release the cargo and secure financing, which resulted in EXIM Bank renewable energy export of the year award. • Managed a 10% decrease in logistics spend vs. budget• Led renegotiations of quarterly spend on containerized cargo coming in from Europe and Asia.• Led negotiations and provided an opportunity to save 30% on shipments of raw material by implementing use of rail• Supported all aspects of our business with logistics costs to ensure future business: Sales, Towers, Nacelles, and Planning
