ZeroNorth was acquired by Harness in November 2021.Joined ZeroNorth (early stage cybersecurity company - AppSec/DevSecOps) as employee 17 and a member of the executive leadership team reporting to our CEO. Partner closely with sales, office of the CTO and leadership to build and execute on our company's growth strategy.Responsible for all areas of marketing, including messaging, demand generation, pipeline management, branding, digital marketing and PR/AR. Lead internal team members, as well as agency partners (digital marketing, PR).In 2019, ZeroNorth grew ARR by 300%, customer base by 2x and more than doubled our employee headcount. The company closed our Series A round ($10m) in Q2 2019.

Internal transfer from Raytheon to Forcepoint, a joint venture of Raytheon Company and Vista Equity Partners. Forcepoint’s portfolio of cybersecurity products safeguards users, data and networks against the most determined adversaries, from accidental or malicious insider threats to outside attacks, across the entire threat lifecycle.As VP of Corporate Marketing (reporting to CEO and CMO), team responsibilities included branding, corporate communications, creative services, web, social media and customer experience marketing (including leadership of the Customer Advisory Board). As VP of Marketing for a Forcepoint business unit, team responsibilities included product marketing, sales enablement, outbound campaigns and demand generation.

Led international PR and corporate communications in the areas of corporate social responsibility (CSR); enterprise-wide Cyber security; and technology & innovation. Handled Tier 1 media engagements, managed crisis communication and served as in-house counsel to two Raytheon businesses. Served as interim PR lead for $3 billion business unit, including two Cyber acquisitions.

Led six product marketing & technical marketing professionals (U.S. and U.K.-based) in developing and managing global solutions, driving global marketing campaigns and supporting direct/channel sales organizations worldwide. Team responsibilities included identifying emerging customer opportunities; validating customer requirements; determining pricing, packaging, and channels for delivery; developing and testing messaging; integrating discrete marketing functions in support of offer; and managing offer lifecycle.
