David Hristov is a marketing student currently pursuing his bachelor's degree at the G. Brint Ryan College of Business at the University of North Texas. In 2022 he completed the dual credit program at Richland collegiate High School where he had the opportunity to get his Associates of Science from Dallas College at the age of eighteen. At Richland, he completed a Capstone research project regarding single use plastic and research on polymer replacements and substitutions. During the research process of this Capstone project, David was able to interview a polymer researcher and deepen his understanding of research and presentation. He has worked multiple team driven jobs as well as being constantly involved with athletics and extra curriculars. Working in a team is something that David has been doing since his freshman year of high school, so working well with a team and good communication skills are no problem for him. He has also consistently given speeches and presentations all throughout his schooling career, making him comfortable with speaking to large audiences.David comes from a family of immigrants who taught him how to persevere through all of life's challenges and struggles and is also a first generation student. Together with his family he has travelled to fifteen countries, where he became comfortable with all cultures and walks of life from an early age.David is currently seeking an internship position in marketing in which he hopes he can learn much about business and gain more real-world experience.
