Dave is pursuing board and other leadership roles where he can add value by leveraging his deep experience with financial reporting and internal control, risk management, regulatory and audit committee processes, and coaching & development.Dave recently joined Berkeley College as an Adjunct Professor after a 38-year career at PwC, including 28 years as a partner.  He has a demonstrated track record of working with the executive management and boards of Fortune 500 companies as well as private equity funds/portfolio companies in the consumer markets sector as they navigated strategic, risk management, and business transformation challenges and opportunities. Dave also held several firm leadership roles and was at the heart of PwC's quality journey as the firm navigated changing business and regulatory environments, helping lead the implementation and oversight of transformative quality and business model initiatives.  He produced and co-hosted a quarterly webcast for PwC's audit practice and served as coach and mentor to many partners and staff, including on-the-job apprenticeship and learning & development instruction. In addition to extensive experience working directly with audit committees, Dave has served on the board of directors of XBRL US, Bucknell University’s Parents Association Board of Directors and Freeman College of Management Advisory Board, and professional committees. He has been director qualified by the American College of Corporate Directors and has completed Harvard Business School’s making corporate boards more effective and other governance programs.Personally, Dave lives in NJ and enjoys spending time with his family and at the shore.  He is an avid Pittsburgh Penguins and Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
