I had 5 consultants and 5 programmers on this project. The project went live ahead of schedule, within budget.b) Invacare Medical Equipment:Invacare is an American firm with two new manufacturing facilities in China (Suzhou and Kunshan). The project is valued at CNY 2million, and lasted 6 months. I had 6 consultants on this project. The project went live on schedule, within budget.c) Fuji Xerox China:Fuji Xerox is a Japanese firm with 5 distribution sites in China (Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Beijing). The project is valued at CNY 3.5million, and lasted 8 months. I had 8 consultants and 10 programmers on this project. The project went live on schedule, within budget. The client was very satisfied as we had 0 major issue after going live compared to 400+ major issues for another project of theirs.d) Telex Communications Inc:Telex is an American firm setting up offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai. The project is valued at US$ 232K, and lasted 4 months. I had 5 consultants on this project.
