-Managed GMP regulated chemicals, API, Drug Substance and compounds inventory. -Responsible for site global clinical trial supply cold chain distribution.-Principal leader in company Logistics Forum initiative to streamline procedures for import and export to international sites (US, EU, Japan and India).-Dispensed, custom packaged/labelled, and distributed API, reference standard, Drug Substances, chemical and research formulations to CRO, CMO and internal/external research customers.-Wrote and revised SOPs for inventory management, Cold-Chain logistics, material dispensing transfers, and shipping non-haz/hazardous compounds per local, state and federal regulations.

-Sampled chemicals, raw materials, intermediates per SOP and safety policies for QC release analysis.-Maintained materials movement inventories.-Assisted QC Director and IT to frame GMP materials inventory system update needs resulting in $180K capital approval for a new electronic inventory system. -Completed global compound and chemical shipments according to CRO/CMO requests, DOT/IATA/IMDG regulations and company SOPs.-Formulated a shipping procedure to globally transport materials eliminating inter-company variances.-Participated in planning/building processes of QC Warehouse; managed personnel in mass material movements to new storage spaces with positive impact on accessibility, compliance and inventory control while supporting internal projects campaign needs.
