As an a.c. technician:I serviced heating and cooling units in my community.I also installed units consecutive with new construction of homes in the Jacksonville area. This included understanding mechanical plans as well as electrical and plumbing specifications for the house of install. As a framer:I inspected and repaired faulty framing construction of a community of condominiums previously built by a contractor. I was responsible for the repair or replacement of faulty construction around windows, doors, and patio balconies. This required knowledge of residential framing construction and the various code requirements for balconies and house glazing. I completed this work was with a team and according to engineer's specifications. I excelled at working towards goals that were put on a timeline in order to run in conjunction with other sub contractors such as window installers and drywall finishers.

Working as the irrigation foreman I designed (or worked from an approved set of irrigation plans) and installed or supervised the installation of many irrigation systems both residential and commercial. I managed all irrigation accounts and worked closely with contractors and customers to ensure the satisfaction and completion of every project. I am proficient in the use of heavy machinery for grading, moving trees, and digging ditches as well as the maintenance and repair of existing systems. I worked closely with other contractors and managed on site issues during installation.
