Working in the Highways design department, undertook multiple projects of varying scale including periods on site as the designated Resident Engineer. High level contractual negotiations, and stakeholder engagement including major town centre regeneration project.

Joined Costain on graduation and worked up from Site Engineer, quickly becoming a Section Engineer, and then on to be Site Agent. Worked on various major projects including tidal river bridge, highways construction, water and waste treatment works and commercial buildings.Achieved chartered MICE status in fast track time.
