I have lived many lives. Initially I was a geek - a researcher at the Philips Laboratories in Eindhoven. Then I became an executive, ultimately CEO of TDC, a NASDAQ public company. After that I turned to writing, winning a "First Prize for Fiction" at the Santa Barbara Writers Conference. Then I went sailing! Now I bring my unusual style of leadership development to individuals and companies throughout much of the world. I survived extensive experimental open heart surgery in 2011 and that has enabled me to continue my calling with even greater intensity.
