As the Freshman Ambassador/Senator on the Executive Board of NSBE at Baylor University, I play a pivotal role in shaping the future of engineering by representing underclassmen, voicing their concerns, and driving initiatives that support their academic and professional growth. Acting as the voting representative for our chapter at NSBE's National Conference, I engage in critical decision-making processes that influence the organization's national direction, providing unparalleled leadership development and networking opportunities. Serving as the primary liaison between underclassmen and the Executive Board, I develop and implement outreach programs, organize informational sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to foster a strong sense of community and support. My skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and professional networking enable me to effectively support and enhance the academic and professional journeys of our underclassmen members.
