Ensuring optimal performance and compliance with company quality standards for all installed residential photovoltaic systems. Work with the fleet ops team to continually develop dynamic and successful implementations of O&M systems.

• Successfully built and managed a national network of certified solar inspectors working in over 22 states. I developed all the residential solar training protocols and conducted regular field and web based trainings. Conducted a top down review of the organizational structure and was able to lower operational overhead by over 20% while increasing average production by 30%. Successfully worked as liaison between client engineering teams, homeowners and our inspectors to further cross organizational communication. Conducted regular presentations with client engineering teams and upper management in order to better establish client expectations and expand their solar knowledge base.

• As managing partner for HDC I successfully opened three restaurants and consulted on three other restaurant and bars. I was able to open a 10,000 ft² restaurant and bar within 6 months including build-out, concept development and staff training all within budget. Developed menu designs for two restaurants increasing revenue for both more than 20% in the first 6 months. Conducted regular consultation visits for new restaurants on various build-out stages and assisted in operational design. Developed training programs for service staff and provided business tailored trainings.

• Worked closely with service staff to build an efficient organization in efforts to build sales and guest satisfaction while lowering operational overhead. Successfully implemented west coast regional beverage program to build on high end wine sales. Work very closely with facilities vendors for three restaurants to minimize O&M costs and equipment downtime. Worked closely with general manager and upper management to establish yearly budgets.

• Managed a workforce of over 600 and had an 80% placement rate within one month. Grew branch sales by 20% in first 3 months of taking position. Worked closely with office team to increase client satisfaction and developed a merit based performance bonus program. Was solely responsible for generating new sales leads and building sales with existing clients.

• At BJ’s I was involved in 12 new restaurant openings with responsibilities including staff training, manager orientations and establishing vender contracts and protocols. Worked closely with O&M contractors to establish successful maintenance programs for three 5 restaurants in California. In restaurant I continually came under budget for repair and maintenance in two different markets.
