Qualified in 1976 and entered industry shortly thereafter. Worked as assistant to financial controller of large subsiduary of UK retailer, the Thorn Group, which was primarily in the electrical goods market. Main role was in assisting with the preparation of monthly MI, budgets and year-end statutory accounts. Close liaison with Group auditors.Returned to private practice after 3 years. Became full equity partner in original Langdowns firm in 1980.Now act for many diverse businesses. My goal is to help all my clients acheive their goals in business by explaining financial issues that arise in a manner they can understand.Specialties: Audit/ Accounts and other financial management information.
