Originally an Electrical Engineer, David is able to bridge the gap between the business needs and the realities of engineering development.Having run a company with over 1 million customers that have multiple interactions each month, David has experience in scalable Customer Service organizations and NPS programs to optimize customer experience and increase customer lifetime value. David is passionate about knowing who the customer is and how they can be served better, knowing that doing the right thing for the customer usually results in long term value for the business.David also has experience with running large scale consumer marketing programs, efficiently spending over $100 million per year, while measuring and understanding the effectiveness of every dollar spent.
