David Ippolito, CCP, CECP, CBP, and GRP, Senior Vice President and Global Head of Compensation at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH), a privately-held financial institution which provides expertise in Private Banking, Investment Management, Private Equity, and Investor Services. David was responsible for managing the New York compensation team in providing strategic compensation expertise to senior executives, office of the CEO, Compensation Committee of the Board, and HR Business Partners. David was responsible for the design and administration of compensation programs, and the development and implementation of the compensation philosophy and strategy. David has 20 years of broad-based compensation experience (cash, sales, and executive compensation) supported by a background in Finance, exceptional technical and presentation/communication skills.Prior to his work at AXA Financial, David was a Financial Analyst at Nomura Securities International. In this role, he was responsible for the development of profitability and business valuation models for fixed income trading desks.David earned a B.S and B.A. degree in Finance and Economics from New York Univerity’s Stern School of Business and his M.B.A. in Investment Management from Pace University. David is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) through the World at Work organization.
