First, I am grateful to the Stern Risk Partners team in my short stint with them. I learned a lot and worked with some great teammates and great clients. I have moved back to Brown & Brown Risk Solutions, moving back home. I am looking forward to working with some old family/friends and some new clients and hopefully some former clients that I have serviced over the years. Thank you to everyone for showing me great patience, and support, over the last 12 months! From a grateful man that just wants to continue to contribute to such a great industry!

Responsiblity includes claims oversight on property and casualty claims for Risk Management Clients. My primary focus is providing day-to-day claim advice and performing analytics for all lines of coverage to ensure superior claim service for internal and external customers.

Duties included claim reports to carriers property, litigated, high exposure and specialty claims, including serious or catastrophic injury claims, Boiler & Machinery, Directors &Officers, Errors &Omissions, Crime, Environmental, Employment Practices Liability, Professional Liability, Medical Malpractice, etc. He provided initial and on-going advocacy on these serious/specialty claims, including detailed analysis, interpretation and negotiation of coverages and reserves. Together, with the local Claims Consultants, coordinate the servicing of all accounts in accordance with client requirements and industry standards. Gather and review loss information and prepare claim status reports for claim review meetings to be conducted with client specific instructions.
