As a Business Service Representative within the Ohio Means Jobs Center- Trumbull County I connected with local companies and partners for employment opportunities for Ohio to Work initiative. In addition, administer federal program, Reemployment Services & Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) for individuals on unemployment.

As a caseworker I determined eligibility for Federal & State Assistance programs that included, SNAP, TANF, Medicaid and the use of PRC funds.

Coordinated scheduling for operation field representatives in home weatherization

Worked closely with County Transportation Administrator & County Managers for their administrative support. Did reconciliation for four maintenance facilities that included, fuel, oil, brine and salt. Point of contact for a 20 person road crew that were working on state routes within the county.
