Responsible for the coordination of housing details for contracted and internal groups with 2000 (or more) room nights at peak. This included, but was not limited to, developing a strong rapport with each meeting planner, creating and managing master accounts, maintaining guest reservations through group departure, and ensuring all accounts were in good standing. Demonstrated ownership of meeting planners’ housing needs pre-event, during the event, and after the event. In addition, supported and oversaw a team of managers and coordinators on a day to day basis. Actively built an office culture dedicated to superior guest service that focused on exceeding the guests’ and clients’ expectations.

Greater Los Angeles Area

Part of the re-opening team after an extensive two year renovation. Responsible for all Front of House functions and staff. Areas of responsibility included Bell Services, Concierge and Front Desk Operations. Successfully executed all front of house operations, including guest arrival and departure procedures. Served as one of the property's Duty Manager, ensuring the highest levels of hospitality and service were provided. Represented property management in resolving any guest related situation. Continually improved guest and employee engagement and maximized the financial performance of the department. Assisted in achievement of the hotel receiving the 2013 Forbes Five Star Award.

Oversaw the daily operations of Guest Reception, Concierge, Bell Services and PBX. Ensured the highest customer satisfaction and maximization of revenues. Responsible for the hiring, training, and direction of new department employees. Ensured all Front Office quality standards were complied with and that policies and procedures were consistently applied. Worked in conjunction with accounting to maintain and minimize levels of account receivables.
