Country Marketing Strategy(Sector overview, entry and growth strategy) for Indonesia – #1 Conglomerate in Korea−The project entailed developing a market overview, entry and growth strategy and implementation strategy for power infrastructure, airport, healthcare, hydrocarbon and urban development sector in Indonesia as well as integrated business model for Samsung’s affiliates.−Analyzed overview of power and airport sector including various stakeholders, price, supply, demand and regulations etc., then came up with key takeaways for the client to enter the market −Developed implementation strategy and business model that the client can initiate in the Indonesian marketCross-border Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Master Plan and Legal M&A – Top tier bank in Korea−The project entailed developing a PMI Master Plan and providing legal merger preparation support for cross-border M&A−Developed integration framework for treasury and brand module by considering their functions and R&R, analyzed as-is of the two entities through interviews and data gathering, proposed major issues and devised integration/growth strategy with benchmarking cases as well as action plans−Advised client on Indonesian M&A and industry regulations and market landscape to help devise a reasonable merger timeline that facilitates smooth execution of events such as merger plan submission, EGMS and minority shares settlement
