Not long ago, I was a regular guy, doing pretty much nothing about my fitness or my weight. I was totally deluded about my health and its long term effects on my quality of life. Then someone reached out to me, and showed me a better way.Today I'm a Certified Health Coach, helping other people the same way my Health Coach helped me. Our son, who received an organ transplant at age 3, was unable to attend full-day school, as he would routinely catch something from his classmates (due to his compromised immune system), and miss whole weeks of school. Together with my wife, we decided that I would "retire" from my position at Coaction, and be our son's primary homeschool learning guide. It's been an amazing experience, and though we now enjoy the support of the local school district, which provides most of our son's academic needs in our own home, I still get to provide supplemental support where I can.
