After completing my internship (as part of my Broadcasting degree) the owners of George FM asked me to set up a sister high energy station, UP FM. I was given a studio, a frequency and a brief and was asked to create a station from scratch. Hiring staff, creating playlists, a logo, and gaining advertising I ran and developed UP FM for a year before moving to the UK.
