Having started as Sales Consultant at Allans Music I managed three of the largest stores in NSW (Pitt ST, Camperdown and Alexandria), I was the most senior NSW representative at the time of the merger with Billy Hyde and was involved in the receivership till the last closure. I have hired, managed and mentored a number of staff, in multiple locations. I.

I progressed through a number of roles at Turnkey, starting as a specialist salesperson for Carillon Audio Systems I created custom and spec studio and broadcast packages to suit the customers needs often including custom built Audio PC's.I recognized the need for an admin manager at Carillon to improve build efficiency and after pitching the role looked.

After completing my internship (as part of my Broadcasting degree) the owners of George FM asked me to set up a sister high energy station, UP FM. I was given a studio, a frequency and a brief and was asked to create a station from scratch. Hiring staff, creating playlists, a logo, and gaining advertising I ran and developed UP FM for a year before moving.
