Because I have extensive fabrication experience, there is a good chance that I will be able to predict problems before prototyping. In other words, I have probably made the mistake before and learned from it. I can save clients time and money by keeping the small task in house. In the early stages, paying an engineer to design the part, spec it out and then oversee the outsourcing is slow and expensive. If you just want to try an idea, I may be able to design, build and test it in less time than an engineer can prepare the design for outsourcing. Once we are ready to move forward, I can help with outsourcing production if desired. I can do much of the fabrication, machining, welding, mechanics, CAD design, purchasing, etc. This can be a huge savings because you don’t have to provide and maintain your own fabrication facility.
