Tired of having to hire 5 different people or having to jump between departments just to try out a new idea? This is where I come in. I can evaluate your concept or invention and find pitfalls or opportunities for improvement before spending a lot of time or money. Once we are on the same page, I can quickly make some preliminary computer models and produce a prototype. Once we have something to look at or play with, we can confidently decide if and how to move forward. For those familiar, what I do best can be described as Skunk Works.I am a Jack of Many Trades and can handle most support task outside of Mechanical Engineering to streamline the process. Because I have extensive fabrication experience, there is a good chance that I will be able to predict problems before prototyping. In other words, I have probably made the mistake before and learned from it. I can help:- Individuals trying to design or develop a product to bring to market.- Companies who don't have in house engineering but need engineering capabilities- Companies who want to try out an idea or concept quickly and cost effectively- Companies who need temporary remote help for their engineering services- Companies whose engineering competency could be improved with my services- Companies who don't have the facilities to do the fabrication and testingI excel at early-stage informal development. I can save clients time and money by keeping the small task in house. In the early stages, paying an engineer to design the part, spec it out and then oversee the outsourcing is slow and expensive. If you just want to try an idea, I may be able to design, build and test it in less time than an engineer can prepare the design for outsourcing. Once we are ready to move forward, I can help with outsourcing production if desired. I can do much of the fabrication, machining, welding, mechanics, CAD design, purchasing, etc. This can be a huge savings because you don’t have to provide and maintain your own fabrication facility. Core Competencies: Mechanical Design, Product Design, Machine Design, Manufacturing Process Design, Materials, Sourcing, CAD, Artistic(Sculpture, Set Design, Architectural Elements)Support services:Machining, Welding, Electrical Integration, Automotive, Fabrication, Industrial Design, Laser Cutting, CNC Plasma Cutting, Construction Support, 3D printing, Casting/Molding PartsSecondary Support Services:Graphic Design, Photography, Painting and Powder Coat, Sand Blasting, Metal Finishing, Wood Working, Sheetmetal shaping, Technical Writing
