Manage corporate and municipal bond issuances as well as escrow accounts

Perform Quality Control and Quality Assurance on all new accounts at First Republic Trust Company.Monitor all accounts for proper cash management procedures.Complete special projects as requested by senior management.

Transaction Risk Specialist - Analyzed complex structured finance vehicles including CDOs and CMBS for risk to the bank, bondholders and counterparties.

Performed electronic and hard copy document reviews for privilege, responsiveness, confidentiality and issue spotting for cases including multi-district environmental litigation, antitrust litigation, contract dispute litigation and Department of Justice merger due diligence.
