I am licensed in California, Maryland, and Utah and regularly practice in federal courts nationwide. I have experience directing investigations, interviewing confidential witnesses, deposing defendants, corporations, underwriters, and expert witnesses, negotiating fact discovery, drafting amended complaints, motions, and supporting memoranda, supervising discovery, preparing mediation statements, and representing clients at mediation and in court.
