Process EngineerPlating – DBump - Responsible for production plating tools and plating bath metrology tools. 24 x 7 support of manufacturing. Plating of eutectic tin/lead solder, copper, nickel, palladium and eutectic tin/silver.Responsible for releasing tools, hardware, chemistry, automation, process and recipe changes to manufacturing. RDL – DBump - Polyimide process development and integration of coat, expose, develop, bake. Overall flow ownership. First pass qualification. Statistical Process Control on all process – 6 sigma. Copper ECD - KFAB - Production plating tools and plating bath metrology tools. Releasing tools, hardware, chemistry, automation, process and recipe changes to manufacturing. Lead the ECD team during development of chemistry and plating process that produced yielding copper backend chips. Chemical forecasting team. Interfacing with vendors, manufacturing, automation and other engineers.Developed three step plating recipe. Helped develop plating chemistry ratio that produced a large number of C05 chips.Training engineers, technicians and manufacturing. CVD Tungsten - KFAB - Developed 90 torr WCVD process, which was baseline for the C05 program. Provided fab XRF metrology support. Dieletric – DP1 - Supported TEOS and nitride processes employing Novellus Sequel. Supported HSQ spin-on-glass employing DNS coater.

Laboratory management. Training of graduate students. Structure determination by X-ray crystallography. Service structural determination. Collaboration with Massachusetts General Hospital on bio-activity of radioactive complexes which I designed and prepared. Designed facilities for handling of radioisotopes - technetium. Managed operations and maintenance of these facilities. Met or exceeded state and federal regulations and guidelines for nuclear medical facilities.
