• Accountable for the management and delivery of professional services projects for eg solutions’ customers.• Manage a team of 5 Professional Services Consultants having recently recruited, coached and integrated 3 new colleagues to meet the rapidly growing project demand.• Established and developed eg Managed Cloud Services (egMCS), providing eg operational intelligence® suite applications securely over the internet, hosted with a Tier 4 Data Centre & Cloud Services provider.• Over a period of 18 months, implemented egMCS for 14 eg customers including UK Banks, Utility Companies and global Business Process Outsourcers. The service now supports over 5,000 users and generates an annual revenue income of over £1.25M.

• Accountable for the delivery of a project portfolio with an annual budget of £20M+. Typical project durations of 18 – 24 months. Selection of projects successfully delivered : • Consolidation and migration of HR and Payroll systems (£7M budget) • Payment Card Industry compliance (£30M budget) • Replacement and integration of new predictive dialler for geographically dispersed call centres and account servicing functions (£12M) • Consolidation and migration of mortgage arrears management systems (£4M)• Led, coached and directed a team of 10 – 12 project managers each with up to 100 internal and external project team members.• Conducted quality assurance reviews of portfolio projects to ensure adherence to standards and regulatory requirements and to ensure that cost, risk and quality managed appropriately.• Represented the organisation’s IT Function on Programme and Project Boards and during strategic planning for business areas supported by the project portfolio.

As Business Systems Manager, I took over a failing major Business Change Programme to salvage tangible benefit from the c. £6M invested developing a leading edge Mortgage Point of Sale system. The role involved challenging conversations with Directors, Senior Management and Programme Managers, to agree reductions in Programme scope and change to a delivery focussed approach. I managed a team of 20-30 IT colleagues, contractors, consultants and 3rd party suppliers at an offsite location for approx. 12 months and successfully delivered the system which then supplied business benefit for 3 - 4 years.
