Managing the over $3 Billion Ontario business. Which involves running the Construction, Design, Real Estate Development, Marketing, Human Resources and Operations departments. There are over 1700 restaurants in Ontario which amounts to half the brand in Canada.

With my team in Training we are responsible for the learning and development of 98,000 learners on three continents. With the Operations Standards team we maintain, develop and are responsible for the execution of all operational standards in all Tim Hortons restaurants.

I was responsible for almost 1300 restaurants at an annual sales of over $2 Billion.

During this time I was responsible for 35 Restaurants in many different areas of Ontario as a DM. Once promoted to Director of Operations in 1996, I managed larger territories of up to 300 restaurants both Canada and the United States. In 1997 through to 2000 I was sent to Michigan & Ohio to open those markets for Tim Hortons.

I was responsible for the total management and operations of one restaurant with over $2 Million in annual sales.
