12 Volt Options has been a sideline business ran by me since October of 2007. I initially started this business while working as cabinet maker in the York, PA area, and after departing from Atlantic Granite of Dallastown, I focused on my business to get it moved into working with not only consumers in the area, but also businesses like car dealers, both used and new! Currently we have served over 500 clients over the last 4 years and the is no stopping in sight!!

While running Nicely Done Cabinets I coordinated all aspects of the business. This included, meeting with clients to discover the needs of their project, designing with my clients to find the best design to suit their particular needs. Ordering of all materials, from wood and raw materials to hardware and specific parts to complete the job. I built all projects by myself, including prep work, to final sanding and finishing. Cabinets for homes, garages, and commercial applications were built over the years I did this as my main job. After the build was finished I also installed the cabinetry and took care of light electrical if there were lights incorporated into the project. Doing this was very fulfilling to me, and I frequently long to get back in the saddle sometime again in the future.

While working at Best Buy I gained experience working in a multiple installer environment, and also learned matching sales techniques with consumer electronics. These skills were the beginning and foundation of my professional career working in mobile electronics installations.
