CurrentCreate an employee engagement and communication strategy that builds a strong culture and a sense of community among Sev1Tech employeesWork closely with the leadership team to motivate employees and improve business performance during periods of change which directly impacts employee retention and employee/incumbent capture succuss during acquisitions/contract awardsEnsure leadership team/company is communicating in a consistent, clear way about the changes in the business and the culture we are creatingLead the design and implementation of the overall employee experience strategy while delivering a consistent positive experience across the employee lifecycleUnderstand the needs and engaging with employees and leaders to define, design and drive innovative people practices ensuring sustainability during growthPartner and assist with senior leaders and managers to lead and facilitate change to support the organization’s strategic initiatives and develop the capacity to innovate and transform employee engagement opportunitiesInitiate, develop, implement and administer People programs, practices and policies to support the business and promote a positive workplace environment; provide proactive leadership in effective communication and delivery Drive Sev1Tech’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiativesOversee day-to-day program execution of all aspects of People and Culture client services, including building strong client relationships, proactively delivering counsel to clients, developing strategic plansLead/Mentor team of Full Life-Cycle Recruiters to focus on attracting, recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining talent in the organization.Understand and anticipate talent needs of the company and industry ensuring a strong succession planDevelop and champion progressive recruiting methods and strategies for timely recruiting; establish recruiting and selection practices and processes; serve as the champion for the employment brand
