This experience has included time as an Executive, Entrepreneur, Franchisor, and Salesperson to help businesses thrive and succeed. I proudly found NerdsToGo in 2003 where I built a very successful business and then grew through franchising to locations in over 20 states. As the founder, I wore hats in Franchise Development, Franchise Ramp & Growth, Franchise Support, Franchise Operations & Compliance and Franchise Unit Level Economics. I also used my expertise to train many business owners in Financial Management and how growing, ramping and maintaining strong financials is an important part of any business. I showed them how to use a P&L and a Balance Sheet as one of the leading KPI's for their business. I then had an exit from Private Equity where we became part of a multi-concept franchisor with over 1,000 locations across the globe.I pride myself on the ability to be an executive and leading people to make things happen while also getting in the trenches myself and demonstrate by doing myself. One of my biggest passions is in developing new business and leading companies to success through strong sales which leads to strong profitability.
