The Live Events Coalition, an organization formed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic’s devastating impact on the live events industry, is aimed at providing advocacy and resources along with creating a network that supports the many voices that make up the live events industry. The group is calling attention to the catastrophic effect of COVID-19 to ensure the industry’s inclusion in National conversations and supplemental Federal relief aid packages. The Arizona Live Events Coalition exists to provide state level advocacy, resources and a network that connects and supports all of the businesses, contractors and our workforce – the lifeblood of every event.

It is dedicated to forging the emergence of quality, passionate talent in the crafts of theatre, film, music, dance, photography, modeling, drawing, painting, and sculpting. It hopes to open its members to professional and semi-professional endeavors. We produced/designed the Miss New York Pageant for the Miss America Organization. We offered theatrical technical direction, rigging, lighting support, and fly system operation, as well as special projects to Season One of SMASH for NBC Studios/Dreamworks. We served as the technical and design team for "Midnight Love", the show and wedding of Shaun T (Insanity, T-25, Hip Hop Abs). We have designed, built, produced, directed and cast theatrical productions for venues throughout NY and NJ. Coastal Artists is a founding member of Asbury Theatre Alliance.

Red Bank, New Jersey

RebuildRecover, recognized as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization by the IRS, was a grassroots movement organization based in Red Bank, NJ that worked directly with communities in need. Built off family values, we worked as a team to raise funds, awareness, and to connect volunteers and resources to those in need most.In the wake of Hurricane Sandy, a few friends got together to execute a simple yet effective plan of giving back – to collect donations and give them to the people who need it most. With the Sounds to Go DJ’s office being one of the only places in town with electricity, the group congregated the morning of November 1st to start production, and after printing letters on paper to form a sign and posting it to the window with painter’s tape, they were ready and open for business.Over the next few days, the group received an overwhelming response by donors, volunteers, friends, musicians and celebrities supporting their efforts to become so much more. Soon, the media and social-media savvy bunch needed to call themselves something, leading them to become known as RebuildRecover, reaching thousands of eyes and ears through the power of Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter. Soon, the grassroots project of RebuildRecover became a household name for humanitarian relief, and, just one week after inception, became a fully functioning non-profit organization.

Full-time technical and theatre management of historic 1929 theatre (1833 seat St. George Theatre, Staten Island, NY)As the only full-time salaried employee of the venue, duties included:- Direct supervision and management of crew and staff up to 80- Budgeting and negotiating of all aspects of artists riders.- Full-time technical direction and management of all events, concerts, rentals, theatrical performances, photo & video shoots, film shoots.- Management of hospitality, security, transportation and artist relations.- Management of all fire safety practices and full compliance with FDNY fire code laws and restrictions, including conducting per show inspections with FDNY officials and members.- Occasional hosting of venue tours for tourists, location scouts, possible renters, and future clients.- Settling with artist management and merchandise sales.- Hiring of all technical crews.- Orchestrated and designed $1.2 million lighting and audio system installation through the Department of Cultural Affairs of NYC.- Management of day to day maintenance and operation of all aspects of the venue, including the buildings integrity and historical preservation.- Front of house audio engineering and lighting operation/design.- Set/Production design, construction and implementation of The Christmas Show- Direct interaction with artists, management, clients, and audience.
