David has deep experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, executive leadership, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and sustainability. David is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and a former Naval Special Operations Officer. He has led underwater and land bomb disposal teams domestically and abroad. He has served in roles as CEO of both private and public companies and has served on the board of directors of several organizations from various industries. He has also served on the board of several non-profit organizations, such as Wine To Water, an international clean water organization. He has also led multiple companies through significant capital raises and strategic exits.
